1. Minutes of the Macomb City Council meeting held Monday, February 6, 2023 and, Committee of the Whole meeting held Monday, February 13, 2023.

PUBLIC COMMENT – Citizens wishing to address the City Council on matters germane to the agenda of the meeting will be limited to Three (3) minutes and are asked to be brief and concise in making their remarks. Comments submitted by mail or email will not be read aloud but a copy will be provided to each member of the Council and made a part of the minutes.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

1. Consideration of an ordinance to create a Class E Liquor License submitted by Western Illinois Museum, located at 201 South Lafayette Street, Macomb, Illinois.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final action.

2. Consideration of an ordinance amending Chapter 4 of the Macomb Municipal Code and creating a Class V License Classification.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final action.

3. Consideration of an ordinance to authorize the issuance of a Special Use Permit to allow cellular tower in an AG-1 Agriculture Zoning District at 517 Tower Road, Macomb, IL 61455, Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final action.

4. Other unfinished business.

NEW BUSINESS

1. Consideration of an ordinance to create a Class P plus SS plus OPC Liquor License application for Gurman Mart, LLC., d/b/a Discount Liquor located at 342 West Jackson Street, Macomb, IL.

This ordinance will be presented for first read. Attached is a copy of the ordinance for review.

2. Consideration of an ordinance to amend Section 15-214 of the Municipal Code of Macomb to amend No Parking Zones at Madison Street north of East Pierce Street.

This ordinance will be presented for first read. Attached is a copy of the ordinance for review.

3. Consideration to adopt a resolution to approve an agreement between the Illinois Secretary of State and the City of Macomb to serve as a third-party certification entity.

A copy of the resolution is attached for review. Final action will be in order.

4. Consideration to authorize City Administrator Coker to lock in pricing with Nania Energy Advisors for the Gas and Electric supply to the City of Macomb.

Final action is in order.

5. Other new business.
