City of Jacksonville Plan Commission met March 1.

3. Review petition to rezone property located at 311 Brookside Drive from R-2 to R-2 with Special Use, with the intent of applicant, Patricia Saxer, to use as one chair salon.
4. Review petition to rezone property located at 430 Oak Street from R-1 to B-4 with Special Use, with the intent of applicants, John & Cheryl Cooper, to use for automotive storage and repair.
5. Review petition to rezone property located at 500 West Morton Avenue from B-3 to B-3 with Special Use, with the intent of applicant, Kevin Maher, to install a digital billboard.
