1. Consideration of a MFT Resolution for Estimated Maintenance Costs for MFT Funds for labor, materials, and equipment for FY2023-2024 from the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT). City Attorney Scalf will read the resolution into the records. Final adoption will be in order.
2. Consideration to approve the Wastewater Treatment Department of Public Works to solicit bids for Burgess Lift Station.
This was discussed at Committee of the Whole last Monday night. Final action is in order.
3. Consideration to approve the two-year extension for auditing services for the City of Macomb’s annual audit with Wermer, Rogers, Doran & Ruzon, Certified Public Accountants, for April 30, 2023 ($60,000.00), and April 30, 2024 ($63,000.00).
This was discussed at Committee of the Whole last Monday night. Final action is in order.
4. Consideration of an Ordinance Authorizing the Sale of Certain Personal Property (Equipment/Vehicles) owned by the City of Macomb.
This ordinance will be presented for first reading. A copy of the ordinance is attached.
5. Consideration of an Ordinance to Create a Class P plus SS plus OPC Liquor License for Nilkanth Liquor, Inc.
This ordinance will be presented for first reading. A copy of the ordinance is attached.
6. Consideration of an Ordinance to Create a Special Event Liquor License for the Macomb Arts Center’s Bingo Night Event.
This ordinance will be presented for first reading. A copy of the ordinance is attached. Staff is requesting to waive second reading.
7. Consideration of an ordinance to Authorize the Rezoning of a portion of Maple Ridge Addition to the City of Macomb, McDonough County, from R-1 Single Family to AG-1 Agriculture.
This ordinance will be presented for first reading. A copy of the ordinance is attached.
8. Consideration of an ordinance for Public Transportation Application for Section 5311 to provide Public Transportation in the City of Macomb, Illinois.
This ordinance will be presented for first reading. A copy of the ordinance is attached. Staff has recommended to waive the second reading.
9. Consideration to approve the Acceptance of the Special Warranty for Section 5311 of the Federal Transit Act making funds available to offset certain operating costs for providing public transit services.
A copy of the warranty is attached. Final action is in order.
10. Consideration to adopt a Resolution Authorizing Execution and Amendment of Section 5311 Grant Agreement with the Illinois Department of Transportation for operation costs for Go West and Demand Response from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024.

11. Consideration to approve the submittal of the FY24 Downstate Operating Assistance Program Application to the Illinois Department of Transportation.
A copy of the application is attached. Final action is in order.
12. Consideration to authorize the Macomb Transit and Public Works Departments to advertise for bids for fuel conditioned upon IDOT’s pre-bid concurrence. Once concurrence is received, bid announcement would be publicized.
A memo is attached from PW Director Ohrtmann and Transit Director Lambert. Action is required.
13. Consideration of an ordinance Approving and Causing Publication of the Official Zoning Map of the City of Macomb, Illinois.
This ordinance will be presented for first reading. A copy of the ordinance is attached.
14. Consideration to authorize Committee of the Whole Power To Act on the ordinance Approving and Causing Publication of the Official Zoning Map of the City of Macomb, at their meeting scheduled for March 27, 2023. Final action will be in order.
15. Consideration to adopt a Resolution for City of Macomb Home Repair & Accessibility Program Grant (HRAP).
