C) Confirm filing of Statement of Economic Interest with County Clerk by all board members. (Due May 1, 2023)
D) Review and approve Mike Griffitts’ Consent to Issuance of QILDRO, QILDRO, and QILDRO Calculation Order. (Case No. 2017-D-83, Morgan County, IL)
E) Review and approve Mike Griffitts Warrant for Benefits with payments to Alternate Payee.
9. NEW BUSINESS
A) Discuss status of mandatory trustee training and training opportunities for 2023.
B) Discuss preparation of Annual Statement, Interrogatories and Audit (or draft Financial Statements) to be filed with the Illinois Department of Insurance by June 30, 2023. No extensions of time are allowed by Illinois Department of Insurance for this filing.
C) Discuss date for possible Special Meeting in June to approve Annual Statement, Interrogatories and Audit.
D) Confirm that authorized representatives of fund regularly log into account with FPIF in order to keep account active.
