NEW BUSINESS
1. Consideration to approve Agreement between the City of Macomb (McDonough County Public Transportation System), and Western Illinois University for Faculty, Staff and Student Transit Services.
A memo along with the agreement from Transit Director Lambert are attached. Final action is in order.
2. Consideration of an ordinance to create a Special Event Liquor License for the St. Paul Parish’s Raising Saints Block Party Event.
This will be presented for first reading. A Copy of the ordinance is attached.
3. Consideration to approve application for Illinois Emergency Management Agency FEMA BRIC 23/FEMA 23 mitigation grant to purchase an automatic generator and transfer switch for City Hall.
4. Consideration to authorize advertising Request For Proposals (RFP’s) for a Compensation and Classification Study.
5. Consideration to authorize permission to bid Western Avenue Concrete Replacement Project.
6. Consideration to authorize Contract Award to AC Pavement Striping Company for the 2023 Roadway Improvement Project Phase 2, in the amount of $300,523.33.
7. Consideration to authorize Public Works to enter a contract for a Salt Storage Building through “Sourcewell” purchasing program, budgeted dollars $300,000.00.
8. Consideration to authorize Committee of the Whole Power to Act at their June 26, 2023 meeting for the South Johnson Street Improvement Project bid acceptance/award to low bidder.
