A copy of the resolution IMRF is attached along with a memo from Legal Counsel. Final action is in order.

1. Consideration to adopt a Resolution Authorizing the Execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Macomb and Macomb City Township for Healthcare.

2. Consideration to approve Change Order #2 in the amount of $30,000.00 to increase mill depth another 1.5 inches in the 600 Blk Memorial Drive; and $20,000.00 for adding the 900 Blk of Bobby Avenue to the mill/overlay project.

3. Consideration to adopt an Amended Resolution for Improvement Under the Illinois Highway Code for US67/136 Modernization of Traffic Signals at the above referenced intersection in the amount of $10,000.00.

4. Consideration of an Ordinance Annexing Certain Territory Located in Section 33, Township 6 North Range 2 West, Within McDonough County, Illinois.

5. Consideration of an Ordinance to Authorize the Issuance of a Special Use Permit to allow a Greenhouse in an R-2 Single Family Residential Zoning District at 1003 East Carroll Street, Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois.

6. Consideration to adopt a Resolution Authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement for Participation in the Mutual Aid Box Alarm System (MABAS Master Agreement 2022)

7. Consideration to approve an agreement for Additional Engineering Services with TWM Inc., in the amount of $15,000.00 for the Burgess Lift Station.

8. Consideration to approve the purchase of a replacement pump and accessories for the Smith/Loveless grit system from Gasvoda & Associates Inc. in the amount of $18,774.28.

9. Consideration to approve a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Macomb, Illinois Department of Transportation, and the Joint Emergency Telephone System Board of McDonough and Schuyler Counties.
