1. Consideration of an Ordinance Annexing Certain Territory Located in Section 33, Township 6 North Range 2 West, within McDonough County, Illinois.

2. Consideration of an Ordinance to Authorize the Issuance of a Special Use Permit to allow a Greenhouse in an R-2 Single Family Residential Zoning District at 1003 East Carroll Street, Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois.

NEW BUSINESS

1. Consideration to award bid for Tuckpointing Wall at City Hall and Depot to At-Co Masonry, LLC in the amount of $49,700.00.

This was discussed at Committee of the Whole. Final action is in order.

2. Consideration to award bid for Storm Damaged Tree Removal to Giving Tree in the amount of $25,000.00.

3. Consideration to award bid for Fire Station Roof Replacement, HVAC, Pavement Replacement to Henson Robinson Company in the amount of $495,000.00 base bid, and $15.50 SF for Metal Roof Deck.

4. Consideration to reject all bids for IDOT FAU 6926-Johnson Street Improvements from Harmony Lane to Grant Street, and Re-bid the project in January 2024.

5. Consideration to reject all bids for IDOT FSQ7 (520)-Adams Street Improvements from Johnson to Charles Streets, and Re-bid the project in January 2024. Final action is in order.

6. Consideration to approve a Short Form Services Agreement for Re-Design/Re-Bid Engineering Services for Adams Street Improvements with IMEG in the amount of $7,000.00.

7. Consideration to authorize Request for Bids for the Wastewater Plant Upgrades Phase 2-Bid Document Modifications and Re-bid, Amending Engineering Design Contract $18,000.00.. A memo from PW Director Ohrtmann is attached. Final action is in order.

8. Consideration to authorize a Contract for Professional and Technical Services between the City of Macomb and Western Illinois Regional Council (WIRC) for Wastewater Treatment Plant RIPI Grant Administration, Not to Exceed $35,000.00.

9. Consideration to award bid for the purchase of Computer Hardware and Equipment to CDS Office Technologies, Inc. in the amount of $17,479.77 for McDonough County Transportation. Attached is a memo from Transit Director Lambert along with a copy of the bid tab. Final action is in order.

10. Consideration to approve Amendment 2 to Service Agreement between the City of Macomb and RIDE Systems, LLC.

11. Consideration to approve Request for Bids for a 2023 Ford Maverick for the Community Development & Zoning Office.

This was a budgetary item. Final action is in order.

12. Consideration of an Ordinance to Create a Special Event Liquor License for the Octoberfest-St. Francis Feast Event.

13. Consideration to adopt IDOT Resolution for Highway Closure for WIU Homecoming Parade Route Highway 136 & East Carroll Street on October 14, 2023.
