CONSENT AGENDA
1. Minutes of the Macomb City Council meeting held on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, and the Committee of the Whole meeting held on Monday, September, 11, 2023.
PUBLIC COMMENT – Citizens wishing to address the City Council on matters germane to the agenda of the meetings will be limited to Three (3) minutes and are asked to be brief and concise in making their remarks. Comments submitted by mail or email will not be read aloud but a copy will be provided to each member of the Council and made a part of the minutes.

1. Consideration of an Ordinance to Create a Class R Plus SS Liquor License for Guels, Inc. d/b/a/ Macomb Family Restaurant. Attorney Scalf will present for first reading.
2. Consideration of an Ordinance Authorizing the Sale of Certain Personal Property (Equipment and Vehicles) owned by the City of Macomb.
Attorney Scalf will present the ordinance for first reading.
3. Consideration to authorize Public Works, Division of Operations to seek bids for the Crack Sealing Streets project.
4. Consideration to Award Bid to Woodrum Automotive for purchase of a 2023 Ford Maverick XL 2.5L Hybrid Truck for $25,218.76.
