PUBLIC COMMENTS – Citizens wishing to address the City Council on matters germane to the agenda of the meeting will be limited to Three (3) minutes and are asked to be brief and concise in making their remarks. Comments submitted by mail or email will not be read aloud but a copy will be provided to each member of the Council and made a part of the minutes.
1. Discussion on an Ordinance to Create a Class R Plus SS Liquor License for Guels, Inc. d/b/a Macomb Family Restaurant.

2. Discussion to Authorize Authorizing the Sale of Certain Personal Property (Equipment and Vehicles) owned by the City of Macomb.

Executive Session
To consider information relative to:
a) Appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of an employee of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, pursuant to Sec. 2(c)(1) of the Open Meetings Act.
b) Collective Bargaining matters between the public body and its employees or representatives, or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees, pursuant to Sec. 2(c)(2) of the Open Meetings Act.
