The hearing was called to order at 6:45 p.m.
Recognition of Visitors and Guests
Debra Petefish welcomed everyone to the board meeting.
Presentation of the Budget
The only thing that changed from the tentative budget was the grants. Such as the maintenance grant which Dr. Zahm is planning on applying for that grant. It is the matching grant. The EBF plan that is required on the budget this year. The CPPRT has been allocated in the budget. No deficit plan required as long as we have enough funds to cover 3 times the deficit amount of expenditures.
