McDonough County Board ESDA & Claims Committee met Oct. 17.

The ESDA & Claims Committee held its monthly meeting on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting was held at the McDonough County Courthouse, Courtroom 201. Committee Members present were Chair Dave Nissen, Vice Chair Ken Durkin, Larry Aurelio, Eric Blakeley, Craig Foster, and Clayton Murphy. Members Joe Erlandson, and Jarad Royer were absent. Also present was Patrick Stout, County Board Chair Scott Schwerer, and County Board Secretary Sara Kluthe.
Chair Nissen called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Approval of September 19, 2023 Minutes
Member Durkin moved with a second by Member Foster to approve the minutes as submitted. Motion carried on a voice vote.
ESDA Director Report
Report received and filed.
Approval of Committee Claims
Member Aurelio moved with a second by Member Blakeley, to approve the claims as submitted. Motion carried on a voice vote.
Approval of County Claims
Member Durkin moved with a second by Member Foster, to approve the claims as submitted. Motion carried on a voice vote.
Other
A discussion was held regarding the bid received to repair the clock tower on the Courthouse.
County Board Chair Comments
The full Board meeting will be held in Courtroom 201.
Adjourn
Member Blakeley moved with a second by Member Foster to adjourn the meeting at 7:14 p.m. Motion carried on a voice vote.
