City of Rushville City Council met Nov. 20.

Here is the agenda provided by the council:

1. Roll Call & Call to Order

2. Opening Prayer

3. Pledge of Allegiance

4. Public Comments – (limited to 5 minutes per person – 30 minutes per topic)

5. Consent Agenda

All items on the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine in nature and will be enacted in one motion.

There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member so requests, in which event, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered as the first item after approval of the Consent Agenda.

a. Approve the Minutes of the Regular Meeting held November 6, 2023

b. Approve “Claims for Council Approval Dated 11/20/23” & Accept Monthly Reports

c. Approve Reserving the Northwest Corner of Central Park on Friday, November 24th, from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. for the Odd Fellows Toy Drive

d. Consider 2nd Reading of Ordinance No. 1372, Annual Tax Levy

e. Consider Suspending the Rules RE: Ordinance No. 1373, An Ordinance Approving the Lease of Old City Hall to Schuyler County Economic Development Commission

f. Pass & Adopt Ordinance No. 1373, An Ordinance Approving the Lease of Old City Hall to Schuyler County Economic Development Commission

6. Items to be Removed from Consent Agenda – If Applicable

7. Discuss & Consider Approving Scripps Park Board to Enter into a Lease Agreement with T N T for 20 Golf Carts

8. Discuss & Consider Approving Scripps Park Board to Enter into a Lease Agreement with MTI Distributing for a New Fairway Mower
