1. Consideration to authorize Committee of the Whole Power to Act on a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Macomb and the Fraternal Order of Police at the regularly scheduled meeting to be held on Monday, January 29, 2024.
A copy of the MOU, and a memo is attached. Final action is in order.
2. Consideration to authorize Committee of the Whole Power to Act on either awarding a single bid, or rejecting all bids for the Johnson Street Project at the regularly scheduled meeting to be held on Monday, January 29, 2024.
Bids will open on January 19, 2024. Final action is in order.
3. Consideration to authorize Committee of the Whole Power to Act on either awarding a single bid, or rejecting all bids for the Adams Street Project at the regularly scheduled meeting to be held on Monday, January 29, 2024.
