1. Consideration of an Ordinance to Create a Class V plus SS Liquor License for KSH Enterprises Inc. d/b/a Jackpot on Jackson located at 108 North Scotland in Macomb, IL.

2. Consideration of an Ordinance to Authorize the Issuance of a Special Use Permit to allow First Floor Residential in a B-3 Downtown Business District Zoning District at 231 E. Carroll Street, Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois.

3. Consideration of an Ordinance to Authorize the Rezoning of a Parcell 11-300-950-05 in the City of Macomb, McDonough County, from RMH1-Residential Mobile Home to B-2 General Business.

4. Consideration of an Ordinance to Authorize the Issuance of a Special Use Permit to Allow Mini Warehousing and Storage Buildings in a B-2 General Business Zoning District at the location of Parcel Identification No. 11-300-950-05, Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois.

5. Consideration of an Ordinance Authorizing the Sale of Certain Personal Property (Equipment and Vehicles) owned by the City of Macomb.

NEW BUSINESS

1. Consideration to approve Agreement between the City of Macomb, McDonough County Public Transportation (MCPT) and the McDonough County Board to provide Senior Transportation, McDonough County Board to contribute $15,000.00.

A memo form Transit Director Lambert and agreement are attached. Final action is in order.

2. Consideration to approve Contract between the City of Macomb (McDonough County Public Transportation) (MCPT) and CDS Office Technologies for Computer Updates at Transit Facility in the amount of $17,479.77.

3. Consideration to approve Contract between the City of Macomb (McDonough County Public Transportation) MCPT and MTC Communications for Camera Updates at the Transit Facility in the amount of $45,111.70.

4. Consideration to approve Settlement Agreement with William Lipcamon.
