1. Consideration of an Ordinance Annexing Certain Territory located within Georgetown Subdivision in McDonough County, Illinois.

3. Consideration of an Ordinance to Authorize Issuance of a Special Use Permit to Allow Large Scale Solar Energy System in an AG-1 Agriculture Zoning District at Parcel Identification No. 17-000-029- 00, Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois

4. Consideration of an Ordinance to Create a Special Event Liquor License for the Macomb Arts Center’s Bingo Bash Event.

5. Consideration of an Ordinance to Provide for Public Transportation in the City of Macomb, Illinois.

NEW BUSINESS

1. Consideration to Adopt Amended Purchasing Policy for the City of Macomb.

This was discussed at Committee of the Whole. Final action is in order.

2. Consideration to Authorize Macomb City Police Department in Partnership with WIU to Make Application for Healing Grant.

A memo from Police Chief Hamer is attached. Final action is in order.

3. Consideration to Authorize Agreement Between the City of Macomb and Spring Lake Management, Inc. to Make Grant Application with IDNR..

A copy of the agreement is attached. Final action is in order.

4. Consideration to Adopt MFT Resolution for Local Public Agency General Maintenance Costs and Equipment Rental Schedule for Fiscal Year beginning May 1, 2024 through April 30, 2025.

A resolution/schedule and memo from PW Director Ohrtmann are attached. Final action is in order.

5. Consideration of an Ordinance to Authorize Issuance of a Special Use Permit to Allow Large Scale Solar Energy System in an AG-1 Agriculture Zoned District at 280 Ember Road, Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois.

A memo/map from CDC Bannon along with a copy of the ordinance are attached. City Attorney Scalf will present for first reading.
