City of Waverly City Council met March 18.
Here are the minutes provided by the council:
1. Call to Order and Roll Call.
Mayor Duewer called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. Present were: Alderman Baines, Alderman Campbell, Alderman Lyons, Alderman Nagel, Alderwoman Robinette and Alderman Smith.

After discussion and without objection, Alderman Nagel moved, second by Alderman Baines to approve of the Right-of Way Revocable Permit Application, An Ordinance Amending the City of Waverly Code of Ordinances by the Addition of Article VIII to Chapter 258 Establishing Standards for Construction of Facilities on the Rights-of-Way and Section Map for Construction Permits. All present voted aye.
4. Adjourn
Alderman Campbell moved, second by Alderman Nagel to adjourn at 7:25 pm. All present voted aye.
