CONSENT AGENDA

1. Minutes of the Macomb City Council meeting held on Monday, June 3, 2024 and the Committee of the Whole meeting held on Monday, June 10, 2024.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

1. Consideration of an Ordinance Amending Section 2-184 of the Macomb Municipal Code Pertaining to Designation of Depositories.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final action.

2. Consideration to remove tabled Ordinance to Authorize the Issuance of a Special Use Permit to Allow a Large-Scale Solar Energy Facility in an AG-1 Agriculture Zoning District at 207 Wear Avenue.

This was tabled at June 3rd council from 2nd reading. Action to remove is required.

3. Consideration of an Ordinance to Authorize the Issuance of a Special Use Permit to Allow a Large Scale Solar Energy Facility in an AG-1 Agriculture Zoning District at 207 Wear Avenue.

This ordinance had first reading May 20, 2024, and will be presented for second reading and final action.

4. Consideration of an Ordinance Amending Chapter 17 of the Macomb Municipal Code Pertaining to the Lodging/Boarding/Rooming House.

This updated ordinance had first reading May 13, it will be presented for 2nd reading and final action.

1. Consideration to Authorize Amending Economic Development Revolving Loan Program Guidelines. This was discussed at CDC, and Committee of the Whole Monday night. Memo from CDD Lambert attached. Final action is in order.

2. Consideration of an Ordinance Amending Chapter 10, Article 5 Section 24-10, of the Municipal Code Pertaining to Fireworks, Firecrackers, etc.

A copy of the ordinance attached. This was discussed at Committee of the Whole. This ordinance will be presented for first reading.

3. Consideration to Authorize Committee of the Whole Power to Act on Ordinance Amending Chapter 10, Article 5 Section 24-10, of the Municipal Code Pertaining to Fireworks, Firecrackers, Etc. at the Committee of the Whole Meeting to be held Monday, June 24, 2024.

Final action is in order.

4. Consideration of an Ordinance to Authorize the Issuance of Special Use Permit to Allow a Large Scale Solar Energy System in an AG-1 Agriculture Zoning District at the Property Located Northeast of the Intersection of US Highway 67 and US Highway 136 (12-000-343-00 and 12-000- 344-00), Macomb McDonough County, Illinois.

A copy of ordinance attached. This was discussed at Community Development Committee. Attorney Scalf will present for first reading.

5. Consideration of an Ordinance to Amend Sections 15-214 and 15-216 of the Municipal Code of Macomb Related to Parking.

6. Consideration of an Ordinance Amending Chapter 17-197 of the Macomb Municipal Code Pertaining to Minor Subdivisions.
