1. Consideration of an Ordinance to Authorize the Issuance of a Special Use Permit to Allow Boarding House in an R-4 Multiple Family Zoning District at 720 Wigwam Hollow Road, Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final action. Staff may request item to be tabled.

1. Consideration to Authorize Committee of the Whole POWER TO ACT at their July 22, 2024 and July 29, 2024 meetings on the Ordinance to Authorize Issuance of Special Use Permit to Allow Boarding House in an R-4 Multiple Family Zoning District at 720 Wigwam Hollow Road, Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois.

Final action is in order.

2. Consideration to Award Bid for tuckpointing Fire Station No.1 to Otto Baum Company, Inc. in the amount of $69,820.00.

Memo from Fire Chief Meyer attached. This was a budgeted item. Final action is in order.

3. Consideration to Authorize Agreement between the City of Macomb and the Macomb Community Unit School District #185 (MCUSD).

A copy of the agreement attached. This was discussed at COW. Final action is in order.

4. Consideration to Award Bid for Demolition of 21 Properties through the Strong Communities Grant Program to Stoneking and Sons.

A copy of memo from CDD Lambert and a copy of the bid tab attached. Final action is in order.

5. Consideration of an Ordinance to Amend Sections 17-766 of the Macomb Municipal Code Pertaining to the Curb Cuts within the Downtown Business District.

Attached memo and copy of ordinance. City Attorney Scalf will present for first reading.
