Citizens wishing to address the City Council on matters germane to the agenda of the meetings will be limited to 3 minutes and are asked to be brief and concise in making their remarks. Comments submitted by mail or email will not be read aloud but a copy will be provided to each member of the Council and made a part of the minutes.

1. Consideration of an Ordinance Approving Lease Agreement with Yetter Manufacturing Company.

This ordinance had first reading October 21, 2024, and will be presented for second reading and final action.

2. Consideration of an Ordinance Approving Sublease Agreement with the Macomb Area Convention and Visitor's Bureau.

This ordinance had first reading October 21, 2024, and will be presented for second reading and final action. An updated Sublease Agreement is in your packet.

NEW BUSINESS

1. Consideration to Adopt Resolution in Support of the Commitment of Funds for Use in Conjunction with a Community Development Block Grant Project for Water Main Replacement.

Resolution of Support attached. Final adoption is in order.

2. Consideration of an ordinance to amend Chapter 2 of the Municipal Code updating the administrative adjudication system.

This ordinance will be presented for first reading. A memo is included in your packet.

3. Consideration to Approve Scheduled Meetings for Macomb City Council and Committee of the Whole for calendar year 2025.

A copy of scheduled meeting dates, and Holiday's observed by city is attached. Final action is in order.

4. Consideration to Approve CDAP Revolving Loan Application by Shandil Hospitality LLC, in the amount of $25,000.00 for a 5-year term at 3% interest.

This was discussed at the Community Development Committee meeting held on October 23, 2024. Final action is in order.

5. Consideration of an Ordinance to Create Two Additional Handicapped Accessible Parking Spaces in the 100 Block of East Carroll Street.

This ordinance will be presented for first reading.

6. Consideration to waive second reading of the Ordinance to Create Two Additional Handicapped Accessible Parking Spaces in the 100 Block of East Carroll Street. Final action is in order.

7. Consideration to Approve an Ordinance to Create Two Additional Handicapped Accessible Parking Spaces in the 100 Block of East Carroll Street.

8. Consideration to Approve Amendment to Agreement between the City of Macomb and John Bannon for Grant Assistance.

9. Consideration to Authorize the Finance and Human Resources Department to Solicit Request for Proposals for the City's Annual Auditing Services.

10. Consideration of an Ordinance to create a Special Use Permit for Tillitt Collision Center, Inc. at 2800 E Jackson St to allow automotive repair in a B-2 Zoning District.

This ordinance will be presented by Attorney Scalf for first reading.

11. Consideration to Approve a Contract for Consulting Services with Merrick Marketing for the amount of $11,250.00.

12. Consideration to approve Engineering Proposal from Benton & Associates, Inc. for Macomb Active Transportation Vision Report.
