The request, filed by West Central Reporter, a media organization committed to comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs, seeks access to all emails and memos from the past year containing specific keywords.
The keywords specified in the request are "Lucy Calkins" and "Units of Study". As per the Illinois Freedom of Information Act, 5 ILCS 140, West Central Reporter has requested these records preferably in an electronic format.
