A Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request was sent to the Winchester Community Unit School District 1 regarding emails and memos dated back to the past 12 months. The request, sent by us at West Central Reporter on January 28, 2025, specifically asked for any communication containing the keywords "Lucy Calkins" and "Units of Study".

These include holding public institutions accountable and providing transparency to the public.
