Mayor Wilt called the meeting to order

The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given.

Ald. Yocum made a motion to approve the consent agenda which includes.

  1. Approval of Minutes from January 6, 2025
  2. Accept December Financial Report
Ald. Webb seconded the motion. A roll call vote was taken with the results as follows:

Police/Liquor/ESDA

*The committee is recommending a stop sign placed at Miller/Hess intersection and a stop Sign at Miller/1900th Rd. T-intersection. An ordinance will be drawn up for a vote at the next meeting.

*Jeff Rench with ESDA stated they will be having a CPR class on March 3, 2025, they are limited to 8 people.

Parks/Recreation/Real Estate

Engineering Report

*Megan Crook is back with IMEG and will be our engineer.

Economic Development

*Next meeting January 23, 2025 4:00 with Veterans Construction about the Depot kitchen Project, 4:30 for “Let the Sparks Fly” meeting.
