MEETING CALLED TO ORDER

PUBLIC COMMENT

Citizens wishing to address the Committee of the Whole on matters germane to the agenda of the meetings will be limited to 3 minutes and are asked to be brief and concise in making their remarks. Comments submitted by mail or email will not be read aloud but a copy will be provided to each member of the Council and made a part of the minutes.

DISCUSSION ITEMS

1. Presentation of proposed Sports Facility for the City of Macomb and Partners.

2. Discussion of a Public Transportation Ordinance.

This ordinance was presented for first reading on March 3, 2025. Discussion is planned.

3. Discussion of an Ordinance to Adopt the City's Official Zoning Maps A and B. This ordinance was presented for first reading on March 3, 2025. Discussion is planned.

4. Discussion of an Ordinance to Create a Special Event Liquor License for the Macomb Park District.

This ordinance was presented for first reading on March 3, 2025. Discussion is planned.

5. Other new business.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

To consider information relative to:

1. Appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of an employee of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, pursuant to Sec. 2(c) (1) of the Open Meetings Act.

2. Collective Bargaining matters between the public body and its employees or representatives or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees, pursuant to Sec. 2(c) (2) of the Open Meetings Act.

3. The purchase or lease of real property for the use of the public body, pursuant to Sec. 2(c) (5) of the Open Meetings Act.

4. The setting of a price for sale or lease of property owned by the public body, pursuant to Sec. 2(c) (6) of the Open Meetings Act.

5. Pending or probable litigation, pursuant to Sec. 2(c) (11) of the Open Meetings Act.
