MEETING CALLED TO ORDER

OATH OF OFFICE MACOMB POLICE DEPARTMENT

1. City Clerk Renee Lotz will swear in Jessica Hughes, Jenna Martino, and James Gidlund.

PUBLIC COMMENT

Citizens wishing to address the Committee of the Whole on matters germane to the agenda of the meetings will be limited to 3 minutes and are asked to be brief and concise in making their remarks. Comments submitted by mail or email will not be read aloud but a copy will be provided to each member of the Council and made a part of the minutes.

DISCUSSION ITEMS

1. Discussion on an Ordinance to Authorize the Rezoning of 303 East Calhoun Street and 333 East Calhoun Street in the City of Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois, from M-1 Light Manufacturing to B-2 General Business.

This had first reading on May 5, 2025. Discussion is planned.

2. Discussion on Strategic Plan.

3. Discussion on T-Mobile Generator Install.

This was discussed at the Public Works Committee meeting on May 5, 2025. Discussion is planned.

4. Discussion on a two-year agreement with Flock Safety (Flock Group, Inc). A memo from Chief Hamer is attached. Discussion is planned.

5. Other business.

1. Appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of an employee of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, pursuant to Sec. 2(c) (1) of the Open Meetings Act.
