Public Comments: Mr. Terry Barton is interested in property on West Delmar. He inquired about sewer feasibility of the property on the east side of Sunset Bar and Grill. At present the Village does not have plans to sewer that side of West Delmar.
The committee discussed avenues that may be possible to bring sewer to him , the bar and several frontage Delmar homes. One would be to bore under the highway, the other to start at a manhole close to the Riverland Trust property. Heneghan is going to evaluate tying into the LaVista line which is a gravity system as well as boring under the highway.
