PUBLIC HEARING; 3133 NOTTOWAY DRIVE - LIVINGSTONE Laura Dixon presented the Advisory Report, Kirk Livingstone, 3133 Nottoway Drive: this is an eight (8’) foot variance which would make the setback forty two (42’) foot to property line. Section 60.402 requires a fifty (50’) feet setback from any public radway, right-of-way line, or any property line to erect any structure in an Agricultural Zoning District. The variance is for Mr. Livingstone to build a garage. The restrictions for his subdivision do not allow for him to build a detached garage. Ms. Dixon recommended approval of the request for a variance as presented. Kirk Livingstone was sworn-in by Court Reporter. Mr. Livingstone presented the request for a variance from setbacks in an Agricultural District from 50 feet to 42 feet from side yard to allow the construction of attached two car garage.
