Edinburg FPD responds to seven fires in 2016

Edinburg Fire Protection District responded to eight calls in 2016, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System obtained by the West Central Reporter.

The calls in Edinburg included seven fires - two vehicle fires and five other fires.

The department also received one false call.
