Illini West High School District #307 Board of Education met Sept. 20.

1) Call to order by Board President. The Regular Meeting of the Illini West High School District 307 of Hancock County, IL was called to order by Tom Holtsclaw, Board President at 7:00 PM.

a. Motion by Anders, second by Wujek to set the budget hearing for October 18, 2017 at 6:45 p.m. Roll Call: Sutton/absent; Anders/yes; Shannon Pence/yes; Holtsclaw/yes; Wujek/yes; Huston/yes; Beth Pence/absent. Motion carried.
b. Farm Lease: Discussed to be presented in October for resolution. Bids will be out after resolution. Bids will be received in November, and award the contract in December.
c. Motion by Huston, second by Shannon Pence to approve all overnight trip requests. Roll Call: Anders/yes; Holtsclaw/yes; Sutton/absent; Huston/yes; Shannon Pence/yes; Beth Pence/absent; Wujek/yes. Motion carried.
