Recommending denial of the request for a special permit for a planned development at 2032 and 2034 Broadway presently zoned R1C.

MAYOR’S APPOINTMENT’S

Scott Gilmer, John Johannes and Amy Kaiser to the Lincoln-Douglas Advisory Board

RESOLUTIONS

By the Technology Department and the Information Technology Director recommending approval of the purchase of a HPE StoreOnce backup system from Hewlett Packard in the amount of $27,705.36.

Chief of Police and the Police Aldermanic Committee recommending approval to purchase two Ford Police Interceptor Utility Vehicles and one Ford Police Interceptor Sedan from Gem City Ford in the amount of $91,704 minus $4,500 in trade-in value ($87,204 net costs).

Utilities and Engineering Director recommending approval of the invoice from Brown Electric Construction Co. in the amount of $3,242.40 for the emergency repair of a traffic signal.

Adoption of an ordinance entitled:

An Ordinance Amending The District Map Which Is Made A Part Of Section 162.002 Of The Municipal Code Of The City Of Quincy Of 2015. (R3 to R2, 325, 327, 33, 339-341, 401, 405, 409, 413, 417 S. 12th and 1225-1227 Kentucky St.)

An Ordinance Amending The District Map Which Is Made A Part Of Section 162.002 Of The Municipal Code Of The City Of Quincy Of 2015. (2522 Broadway and unaddressed property abutting on the east)

Second presentation of an ordinance entitled:

An Ordinance Amending Title VII (Traffic Code) Of Chapter 81 (Traffic Schedules) Of The Municipal Code Of The City Of Quincy Of 2015. (Amending Alley located between Broadway and Spring Street, 5th to 6th Streets, be made a two-way alley for eastbound and westbound traffic.)
