Consideration of an ordinance to amend Section 2-51 of the Municipal Code to amend the time of the regular City Council meetings and to set the time of the City Council Committee of the Whole meetings.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.

Consideration of an ordinance to amend Appendix A Use Matrix to add Special Use, S*, Recreation Center under Service Businesses Heading, to R-1 and R-2 One Family, R-3 Two, R-3A Limited Multiple, and R-4 Multiple Family Residential Districts.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.

Consideration of an ordinance to amend Chapter 17, Article XI, Section 17-639, 17-654, 17-669 and 17-819 Special Uses of the City of Macomb Municipal Code.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.

Consideration of an ordinance to authorize the issuance of a special use permit to establish a legally non-conforming use in an R-1 Single Family Residential Zoning District at 1301 West Grant Street.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.

Consideration of an ordinance authorizing the sale of certain personal property (equipment and vehicles) owned by the City of Macomb.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.

Consideration to accept the audit for the City of Macomb’s fiscal year ending April 30, 2017 from Wermer, Rogers, Doran & Ruzon, LLC.

A presentation of the audit was presented last week at committee and final action will be in order.

Consideration of a resolution to include taxable allowances as IMRF earnings.

This was discussed at committee last Monday and final adoption will be in order.

Consideration to approve the sidewalk snow removal service agreement with Collins Excavating.

This was discussed at committee last Monday night and final action will be in order.

Consideration of a resolution authorizing execution and amendment of Federal 5311 Grant agreement.

A copy of the resolution is attached for your review. Final adoption will be in order. 

Consideration to authorize the Committee of the Whole Power to Act at their meeting on Monday, November 27, 2017 on the City of Macomb’s Property and Casualty insurance coverage.
