That special restaurant, the auto mechanic you can always count on, the local band that plays all your favorite songs – now’s the time to nominate them for the first annual Best of Pekin awards.
“We know you know why you love where you live,” a city of Pekin a press release said. “So tell us! Together, let’s celebrate what makes our Pekin great.”
Nominations are open in six categories: arts and culture, food and drink, sports and recreation, music and entertainment, goods and services and city life.
