Petitions
By the Quincy Firefighters Local 63 requesting permission to conduct a raffle and have the bond requirement waived from now to February 12, 2019. The City Clerk recommends approval of the permit.
Ward 1 By Beverly Bemis Trust requesting consideration for a subdivision to be known as Glenview First Addition of property located east of Bonansinga Dr. and north of Kochs Ln. under the “small tracts” provision of the subdivision ordinance presently zoned RIU and R1A.
Ward 1 By Sherry Hills Garner requesting consideration for a special permit to allow alcoholic beverage sales on property at 1123 North 4th presently zoned C1B.
Ward 7 By Jacob Vahle requesting consideration for a special permit for a planned development to locate a 1,000 sq. ft. commercial building and an ice machine on property at 339 Ohio presently zoned R3.

Utilities and Engineering Director and Central Services Committee recommending approval of the bid of Brown Electric Construction Co. in the amount of $120,806.45 for the relocation of traffic signals at the intersection of 12th and Broadway.
Resolution for Improvement by Municipality Under the Illinois Highway Code in an appropriate sum of $1,169,600 using MFT Funds. (Concrete, patching material, crackfilling, traffic signals and asphalt resurfacing projects throughout the city.)
