Quincy City Council met Feb. 20.

Here is the agenda provided by the Council:

PETITIONS

Ward 4 By APT Real Estate Holdings, LLC requesting consideration for a one-lot subdivision (dividing one lot into two) under the “small tracts” provision, of a 6.41-acre property located on the south side of Maine between S. 48th and 52nd extended presently zoned C1A.

Wards 4&7 By Jeff Dorsey, Y101 Radio General Manager, requesting permission to hold the 32nd Annual Y101 “St. Patrick’s Day Parade” on Saturday, March 17th beginning at 11:00 a.m. starting at 12th and Maine going west on Maine to 5th. He is also requesting Maine, 12th to 24th, be closed from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. to be used for the parade line up. The City Engineer requests that parade organizers clean the street after parade.

By the Quincy Humane Society requesting permission to conduct a raffle and have the bond requirement waived from now until 3/24/18. The City Clerk recommends approval of the permit.

Notice of hearing by the Illinois Commerce Commission on its own motion vs. Ameren Illinois Company d/b/a Ameren Illinois on Petition for Approval of Reconciliation of Revenues Collected under Rider EDR Pursuant to Section 8-103(e) and 8-103B(k) in the office of the Commission, Chicago, IL on February 22nd at 11:00 a.m.

Notice of hearing by the Illinois Commerce Commission on its own motion vs. Northern Illinois Gas Company d/b/a Nicor Gas Company on reconciliation of revenues collected under Coal Tar riders with prudent costs associated with coal tar clean up expenditures in the office of the Commission, Chicago, IL on February 27th at 10:00 a.m.

Second presentation of an ordinance entitled:

An Ordinance Amending The 2017-2018 Fiscal Year Budget. (Increased Revenue from sale of property to Increased Expenditure in Capital Outlay and Vehicle replacement in the amount of $38,548.)
