Franklin Park Firefighters Pension Fund issued the following announcement on Aug. 2.
ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS:
Back to school shopping will take place this Monday, August 6th!!!
The school supplies will be purchased using our Charity Account funds. The school supplies go to children in our community who could use a helping hand.
The supplies will be handed out during a block party event, which details will be released shortly.
Members are asked to report to Staples (in the Stop and Shop Plaza) at 2335 Dixwell Ave.
Shopping will start at 10AM.
