1.Consideration of an ordinance to create a Class P liquor license for Niemann Foods Inc. d/b/a Haymaker #767.

This ordinance will be presented for first reading. A copy is attached for your review.

2.Consideration of an ordinance authorizing the sale of certain personal property (equipment and vehicles) owned by the City of Macomb.

This ordinance will be presented for first reading. A copy is attached for your review.

3.Consideration to award the bid for financing the purchase of a Jet Vac machine for the Wastewater Treatment Plant in the amount of $341,671.20.

Bids will be opened on Monday, August 6 at 10:00 a.m. A copy of the bid packet is attached for your review. Final action will be in order.
