Consideration of an ordinance to create a Class R plus SS liquor license for Hernandez Mexican Cuisine, LLC d/b/a El Jarochito.
This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.
Consideration of an ordinance to amend Sections 4-3, 4-71, 4-72.1 and 4-72.2 of Chapter 4 of the Municipal Code of Macomb, Illinois pertaining to the creation of a Class M Micro/Craft Brewery License, a Class MB Micro/Craft Brewery Foodservice Liquor License and a Supplementary Class OW Onsite Wine Consumption License.
This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.
Consideration of an ordinance to amend Chapter 17, Division 3 of the City of Macomb Municipal Code entitled Signs, Sections 17-891 through 17-905 by replacing it in its entirety and adopting Chapter 17, Division 3, Signs as attached as Exhibit A.
This ordinance will be presented for first reading.
Consideration to approve the engineering agreement with Maurer-Stutz to rehabilitate the gravity filter system and install a CO2 system at the Water Treatment Plant.
This was discussed at committee last Monday and final action will be in order.
Consideration to authorize proceeding with a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) to continue watermain improvements in the NW quadrant of the city.
