1.Consideration of an ordinance to amend Chapter 17, Division 3 of the City of Macomb Municipal Code entitled Signs, Sections 17-891 through 17-905 by replacing it in its entirety and adopting Chapter 17, Division 3, Signs as attached as Exhibit A.
This ordinance will be presented for first reading.
2.Consideration to approve the proposed expansion of the camping facilities at Spring Lake Park.
Attached is a memo from CA Torreson for your review. Final action will be in order.

1.Consideration of an ordinance to authorize the issuance of a Special Use Permit to establish a fraternity house in an R-4 Multiple Family Zoning District at 830 North Avery Street.
This ordinance will be presented for first reading. A copy is attached for your review.
