City of Jacksonville issued the following announcement on Oct. 12.
October 30th and October 31st are the two days for Trick or Treating in Jacksonville. Children who have not reached their 13th birthday may trick or treat during the day preceding Halloween and Halloween day and only before the hour of 9:00 p.m.
