How did Chris CJ Johnson spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Republican Chris CJ Johnson's election campaign committee, Committee to Elect Chris "CJ" Johnson for Morgan, spent $4,981 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Johnson's committee spent the most on newspaper advertising in the quarter, with 51.6% of this total ($1,053) going to Source in Jacksonville. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Johnson's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
