1.Consideration to approve a Downtown Renovation grant application from Jackson 133 LLC to replace the existing façade window at 133 West Jackson Street in the amount of $20,000.00.

This was discussed at committee last Monday and final action will be in order.

2.Consideration to approve a Downtown Renovation grant application from the Masonic Temple to replace approximately 24 windows on the north side of the second, third and fourth floors at 133 South Randolph Street in the amount of $20,000.00.

This was discussed at committee last Monday and final action will be in order.

3.Consideration of an ordinance to amend Section 4-73 of Chapter 4 of the Municipal Code of Macomb, Illinois pertaining to Class P Package Liquor Sales License.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and approval.

4.Consideration of an ordinance to amend Chapter 13, Section 13-75(d) of the Municipal Code of the City of Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois (Rental Registration Fee).

This ordinance will be presented for first reading. A copy is attached for your review.

5.Consideration of an ordinance to amend Section 2-130 and Section 2-257 of the Municipal Code of the City of Macomb (Residency Requirements).

1.Consideration of an ordinance to create a Special Event Liquor License for West Central Illinois Arts Center Battle of the Brushes event.

2.Consideration to adopt the FY 2020 McDonough County Public Transportation budget.

A copy of the budget is attached for your review. Final action will be in order.

3.Consideration to approve the Public Transportation Applicant Ordinance to provide public transportation in the City of Macomb, Illinois.

A copy of the ordinance is attached for your review. Final approval will be in order.

4.Consideration of a resolution authorizing execution and amendment of Section 5311 Grant Agreement.

A copy of the resolution is attached for your review. Final adoption will be in order.

5.Consideration of a resolution accepting the terms and conditions of the Special Warranty as part of the City’s application for Section 5311 financial assistance.

6.Consideration of a Motor Fuel Tax Resolution for maintenance under the Illinois Highway Code in the amount of $670,000.00 for the purpose of maintaining streets and highways.

7.Consideration to accept and place on file the Motor Fuel Tax Documentation Review #70 and #71 performed by Illinois Department of Transportation.
