Jacksonville home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Jacksonville rose by $7,050 while total sales decreased by 2.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $79,000 - a 9.8% increase over the $71,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Jacksonville in April 2016.
