Jacksonville home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Jacksonville fell by $24,400 while total sales increased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $71,500 - a 25.4% decrease over the $95,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Jacksonville in January 2017.
