Jacksonville home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Jacksonville rose by $22,700 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $93,450 - a 32.1% increase over the $70,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Jacksonville in March 2017.
