A copy of the resolution and guidelines are attached. Final adoption will be in order.

1.Consideration of an ordinance to approve a Redevelopment Agreement using Tax Increment Financing at 133 West Jackson Street
This ordinance will be presented for first reading. A copy of the ordinance, along with the agreement, is attached for your review.
2.Consideration to award the bid for the street cape sealing project to AC Pavement Striping Company in the amount of $249,603.38.
Attached is a memo and bid tab sheets from PW Director Coker for this item and Item #3 for your review. Final action will be in order.
3.Consideration to award the bid for the street crack sealing project to Complete Asphalt Service in the amount of $17,450.00.
Final action will be in order.
