OLD BUSINESS

1.Consideration of an ordinance authorizing the sale of certain property (equipment and vehicles) owned by the City of Macomb.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval. An updated copy is attached for your review.

2.Other unfinished business.

NEW BUSINESS

1.Consideration to approve the purchase of a Kubota zero turn mower from Birkey’s of Macomb in the amount of $13,200.00.

A memo from Waste Water Manager Josh Peters, along with the quotes, is attached for your review. Final action will be in order.

2.Consideration of an ordinance to create a special event liquor license for the Macomb Arts Center’s John Byrne Band in Concert event.

This ordinance will be presented for first reading. A copy is attached for your review.

3.Consideration to authorize the Committee of the Whole Power to Act at their meeting on Tuesday, May 28, 2019, on the ordinance to create a special event liquor license for the Macomb Arts Center’s John Byrne Band in Concert event.

4.Other new business.
