The treasurer's report was approved on a motion by Mr. Schaeffer and a second by Mrs, Jones. The claims list was approved after a motion by Mr. Hardwick and a second by Mr. Schaeffer.

Mr. Brockschmidt then presented the directors report. He said we have received a check from the insurance company for loss of income resulting from the December 1 , 2018 tornado. The check totaled $6,922 and this amount can be transferred from the Recreation fund to the Corporate to cover the deficit in that account. Mr. Brockschmidt also mentioned the loan for the pool needed to be extended as we still haven't received the funds from the state for the pool. Mr. Hardwick made a motion that we will extend the pool loan, and Mrs. Jones seconded the motion.

Mr. Brockschmidt also mentioned that the new parking lot and entrance project will be started soon. As a result of the entrance project, the main entrance to the park will be closed for approximately one week, The public will be made aware of this and informed they need to use the other entrance during this time. He also told the board that we still are without power at Jones and Lewis fields. So until we regain power, there will be no concessions at these locations. We will turn this loss of income into the insurance as well after they have reopened and we have an accurate estimate of the amount of income that was lost. Construction on the new building is currently undeMay by Mr. Dawson and will be completed soon. As soon as ii is complete, we can have the transformer brought in and Mr. Birdsley will restore power to those fields.

Mr. Brockschmidt also brought to the Board's aftention the deterioration of the walk path. Several ideas were discussed to provide a solution to this problem. lt was also menlioned that they would need to get the permission from the Lost Creek Drainage District before any work can be completed on the path. He also told the Board that we have two treadmills that need replaced. We have received a quote for two

reconditioned True treadmills. But rt was decided that with warmer weather approaching, and more people starting to walk outside, it would be best to wait until Fall to purchase the new treadmills.
