Q4 2018 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in zip code 61438?

There was one offender released on parole during the fourth quarter living near Illinois zip code 61438, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by West Central Reporter.

The data shows that the man was released in the Vandalia zip code. The 35-year-old parolee wasn't a veteran.

He was sentenced to 4 years in prison for a crime against a person in 2018 when he was 34 years old.
