The youngest parolee was a 21-year-old male sentenced for a crime involving drugs in 2017, and the oldest was a 66-year-old female sentenced for a property crime in 2017.
The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Charles Miller. Miller was sentenced to 41 years in prison for homicide in 1980 when he was 24 years old. He is now 63.
