Jacksonville home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Jacksonville fell by $750 while total sales increased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,750 - a 1% decrease over the $76,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Jacksonville in December 2016.
