City of Jacksonville Historic Preservation Commission met Jan. 6.
Here is the minutes provided by the commission:
Attendees: Judy Tighe, Mary Mann, Aaron Scott, Jon Austin, Lauretta Scheller
Quorum not met, minutes of previous meetings not approved.
We welcomed Aaron Scott to the commission as an ex-officio member.
Judy suggested Jeff Olsen of Hutchinson Engineering for membership on the commission. He grew up in Jacksonville, works in Jacksonville, however, he resides in Springfield.
Judy, Lauretta and Mary provided Aaron and Jon with the progress of the draft of the design guidelines. We plan to meet again at the Main Street office on January 14 1 p.m. to continue working on the draft.
Our next commission meeting will be February 6 at 6. p.m.
